From My Kitchen...

I adore food. I love eating, I just love it. I'm even an admin on a FA (Fat Admirer) board. I used to be pretty heavy, about 250 pounds at five foot seven. I began working out and tweaked my diet to accommodate my new, active lifestyle. I couldn't bear to force down bland, mushy "health food" that tasted like particle board and cost me an arm and a leg, so I adjusted my favorite recipes (and came up with more of my own) to be healthy, quick, and inexpensive.

I know that everyone is different, so each recipe comes with a kosher and vegan option, as applicable.
